CAD & 3D-Print

Precision in Every Layer

Creativity deserves flawless execution - and that’s exactly what we stand for. The Wild Tusker GmbH, founded in 2024 by Kai Schröer, combines technical precision with aesthetic ambition in CAD design. We develop innovative products, deliver professional prototyping, and focus on high-quality 3D printing. From the first sketch to small-series production, we support our clients with experience, passion, and cutting-edge technology.

Experience & Expertise

With over 10 years of experience in CAD design and 3D printing, we offer solid technological expertise, enabling us to handle even the most challenging projects with the utmost precision and efficiency. Our headquarters in Duisburg is the central hub of our company, but thanks to digital processes, we work remotely and serve clients worldwide.

Our Processes

Our continuously growing machine park is expanding not only in the number of devices but also in its range of functions. In addition to state-of-the-art 3D printers, it includes high-precision lasers and other specialized manufacturing systems. Through constant optimization and expansion, we can achieve ever-larger build volumes - without compromising quality. At the same time, we’re increasing the number of colors and materials per print to deliver even more versatile results.

Photorealistic Representations

From Idea to Result

Our CAD designs are based on Autodesk Fusion, a powerful software for detailed 3D modeling, simulation, and product development. In addition, we use high-performance computer systems to calculate high-resolution renderings. This allows us to provide realistic previews of the finished product already in the development phase - a crucial advantage for design decisions, stakeholder alignment, or marketing purposes. These photorealistic representations not only help illustrate concepts but also convince investors and customers.

3D Scanning &
Reverse Engineering

Down to the Finest Detail

From Result to Idea

With our high-precision 3D scanning technologies, we capture objects down to the smallest detail, creating exact digital replicas. Through reverse engineering, we transfer existing components into CAD models that can be used for repairs, optimizations, or new developments. This enables seamless integration into the production process - even without original design data. This technology unlocks entirely new possibilities in product development, whether for custom-made products, series production, or spare part manufacturing.
